WPC is considered the “Best Value for Money” protein supplement. WPC is often referred to as a slow release protein – and this is simply not true. WPC is still fast but not as fast as WPI. Typically digestion time is estimated between 30 minutes to 2 hours.  Concentrate contains a high ratio of protein to carbs and fat and has on average 75-85% protein.
