Just wanted to post a thank you to the Supplement Den. I have been a long time customer, but today was by far the best experience I have ever had from an online store. I popped out from work at 9.30 this morning and realised I had forgotten to place my order before I left. I took out my iphone and placed the order e...xpecting to receive it tomorrow. I got back to work at 2.30 and there was my package waiting for me!!!

This is the second time I have been so impressed with your service. Last week I called to say thank you, this time I wanted to write it. Hey, just want to thankyou and congratulate you on haveing some of the best customer service i've ever experienced. may you never get so big you use an automated robot phone answering service! I rang up because i never recieved a package i ordered 3 months ago, totally my fault, i spontaneously went to Bali for two months then moved towns. I rang up expecting to get the run around and the lovely helpful girl on the phones today listened, considered what to do, rang me back after tracking down my package and is now redelivering for the third time to my new address! thats awesome. Wow, thanks so much for the fantastic service, i recieved it early the next morning after i ordered it, great service, esp in tas, im glad i purchased the extra dollar freight was worth it, postage was cheap really, and thank you for the sample, i usually buy some products after i am happy with a sample instead of paying for a big container its good to see what works and what doesn't with variety, I cant always afford to just buy and take a chance with products. You guys are ridiculous...ly good. I buy a lot online. International orders take up to a month. Australian orders still take at least a week. My order with you guys that I received 10 minutes ago took 16 hours. Your prices are also competitive. Keep up the good work.
