Our Shipping Offer:We’re pretty keen on giving you the best experience possible and to do so we offer FREE standard shipping for all orders over $150 including GST. If you would like insurance on your order please select the insurance option in the checkout process. For all other orders we offer a flat rate of $8.95 Australia wide along with an insurance option.
Our Shipping Guarantee:
We would be the only supplement company that backs up our speedy service with a guarantee! We guarantee that your order will be shipped within 24 hours of being placed (During weekdays. All orders placed on weekends will be shipped Monday morning). If we somehow manage to miss your order (like that would ever happen!!) we will happily give you a $10 voucher to use with your next order....how awesome is that?! Shipping Guarantee does not apply over Public Holidays.
How Your Products are Shipped:
We use both Courier and Australia Post services to ensure the fastest delivery to your door. Most customers receive their products in 1-3 days.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your item is shipped, you will receive an email from us advising you that it has left. Your tracking number can be found in your Order History in your Member Zone. To track your order, simply visit Couriers Please or Aussie Post websites, along with a tracking number for your products or contact them via phone to track how your parcel is going. If your delivery seems to be taking too long please phone us on 1800 111 445 or email us and we will sort it out for you immediately.
