Where do we come from?

The Supplement Den was established in May 2002 with a vision to inform customers about the products they purchased. We started with humble beginnings in a room spanning only 18 square meters, today we have a beautiful showroom spanning 150 square meters on the south-side of Brisbane. Our shop front is located at Shop 6, 3-15 Dennis Rd, Springwood QLD  4127.

We are committed to great customer service and although this is an online store we believe you are every bit as important as our in-store customers who we serve face-to-face. Because we believe that we have a FREE number you can contact us on Australia wide 1800 111 445 if you have any questions regarding supplementation or your order please call us. We also have a commitment to answer any emails or FAQs you send to us pretty much immediately (within business hours) so you will never be waiting days to hear back from us. Our team are not arrogant meat heads who think they are too important to answer your questions, they are all very friendly and approachable and love helping people achieve their goals.

We are the only supplement company in Australia who offer you not only great service & content, but also put our money where our mouth is when it comes to guaranteeing your products will arrive as fast as we can get them to you.  We guarantee that every order will be shipped within 24 hours* (once paid in full) and if it isn’t we will GIVE you a $10 voucher to use with your next order (orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be shipped Monday morning).
